How long do the flags typically last outdoors?
With proper care, our flags typically last between 6 to 12 months in outdoor conditions. Lifespan depends on exposure to UV rays and local wind speeds.
Can I wash my flags if they get dirty?
Yes, our flags are machine washable. We recommend using a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and air drying them to maintain the vibrancy of the dye-sublimation print.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Custom flag orders are typically processed and printed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3 to 5 business days.
Are these flags wind-resistant?
Our feather flags are designed to rotate with the wind to reduce tension. However, we recommend taking them down during extreme weather conditions or winds exceeding 30 mph to prevent damage.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Due to their unique nature, custom-printed flags cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error. Non-custom hardware can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
